Sunny Nwazue, an American-born girl Nigerian girl, was inducted into the secret Leopard Society almost two years ago. Although she is still developing her magical powers, Sunny and her Leopard society friends, Or’u, Chichi, and Sasha, have already defeated a powerful Leopard criminal and faced a terrifying masquerade, Ekwensu. Sunny is not wrong to hope that her visions of the world ending are just a traumatic aftermath. Unfortunately, they are real.

Stronger and feistier, Sunny knows that she must now confront her destiny. She has been chosen to lead a dangerous mission to avert an apocalypse brought about by Ekwensu. With the support of her friends and of her spirit face, Anyanwu, Sunny will travel through worlds both visible and invisible to fight a climactic battle to save humanity.
